Kdo ví dobrý Ural mechanik v Praha?

Prosím, pomozte!

Hledám někoho, kdo může upravit svůj Ural (650, IMZ 8.0103, 1990, solo). Má nové válce (cylindr) a písty, elektronické zapalování a karburátory K63.

Funguje, ale není dobré.

Ví někdo, dobrý mechanik, nebo garáž v Praze? Jsem ochoten zaplatit svou práci.

I know no one who use to do such job. Dnepr&Ural folk is generally the most extreme case of Do It Yourself attitude. So no one offers such service, no one needs such service. The only Dnepr Ural repair shop I know is the official Ural dealer far away from Prague.

However... I've got an idea.... If your rig could make it to some Dnepr&Ural meeting, many experienced Ural owners use to be there.

i would help you, but i am not from prague. The tip with joining a meeting, which is actually in 14 days in Klatovy seems fine, you would run from there on your own with tuned up bike
I can just recommend you having a look on two things ->
1) set correctly the electronic ignition, if it is firing back while kickstarting, you have to move it slightly counterclockwise, 5 deg will do that. the setting is just to be made on your ears.
2) set the carburators - start it, warm it up, then: lower one carburator idle and rise one carburator idle, then you set up rich/lean setting with the screw so the side will react best on pulling the wire(usually about one rotation from tight)
then lower this idle, rise the idle on second carb. set richness as before. afterwards set both idles to be same. then you have to set both carbs to work identically -> the wire/throtle valve has to be pulled exactly the same way on both carbs. this is not easy to be set. you can start by the position with the same wire backlash. ideally it is set using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7D_f05_a74Y this device or ekvivalent
